- Check your email and download your Dubai Frame ticket.
- Present the ticket (printed or mobile) at the entrance for scanning.
- Once scanned, you may proceed to enjoy your visit.

- Bring a valid photo ID or passport for entry verification.
- Shared transfers are available from central Dubai locations only.
- Transfer timings may vary based on traffic and location.
- Pets, sharp tools, toys, food, and drinks are not allowed.
- Dress modestly and avoid touching exhibits.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 3 and people of determination (with up to 2 companions) enter free of charge.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed during transfers.
- Note: Dubai Frame will close early on December 13, 2025, for a private event. Last entry is at 7:30 PM.
