- Bring a valid photo ID or passport for entry.
- Shared transfers available only from centrally located Dubai hotels.
- Transfer timings may vary due to traffic and location.
- Outside food, drinks, and pets are not permitted.
- Respectful attire is required (shoulders and knees covered).
- Children must wear safety wristbands provided at the entrance.
- Wheel devices (skateboards, hoverboards, etc.) are not allowed.
- Last entry is 30 minutes before park closing time.
- Entry is free for children under 3 and seniors over 65.
- No eating, drinking, or smoking inside transfer vehicles.
