• Pickup times are shared a day prior between 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM.
• Passengers must be ready 10 minutes before pickup.
• Age limit: 5–70 years; weight limit: 119 kg per passenger.
• Not suitable for pregnant women or guests with heart/back/knee issues.
• Flights depend on weather conditions — full refund or reschedule if canceled.
• Wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes (no heels).
• Cancellations made 48+ hours prior are fully refundable; within 48 hours non-refundable.
